Run your Minecraft server without guessing

Step-by-step guides for creating a server, joining it, running it, fixing it, and handling billing.

Billing and cancellation

Each machine has its own subscription. Open Manage billing from the server or team billing page to update your card, see invoices, or cancel.

What a plan pays for

A plan pays for one machine at its chosen size. You can change the game on it whenever you like; the subscription stays with that machine and its plan.

Manage payment

  1. Open the server or team billing page.
  2. Choose Manage billing.
  3. Update your card, view invoices, or cancel.

Changing plans

To move to a smaller plan, or move a world to a different setup, contact support and we will handle it for you so nothing is lost.

Cancellation and retention

You can cancel anytime and keep playing through the time already paid for. After cancellation your world is kept on the server for a 30-day grace period: resubscribe in that window and it comes back instantly. After that it is saved to the Vault rather than deleted.

If you want to stop paying for the machine but keep a server ready to wake later, review Vault and parking before canceling.

Refunds

Your first purchase includes a 72-hour, no-questions-asked refund window. After that, fees already paid are not refunded or prorated, though we may offer credits at our discretion.

Payment failures

If payment fails, the server may be suspended until billing is fixed. Update the payment method from Manage billing, then contact support if the server does not recover after the payment is current.

For the full policy, see the Terms and Privacy pages.
