Billing and cancellation

Each server has its own subscription. Manage billing from the server or team billing area, and use the Stripe customer portal for payment details and invoices.

What a plan pays for

A plan reserves the machine size for one server. The game software can change over time, but the subscription belongs to that server and its selected plan.

Manage payment

  1. Open the server or team billing page.
  2. Choose Manage billing.
  3. Update your card, view invoices, or cancel from the Stripe customer portal.

Changing plans

Customer-initiated downgrades are not currently supported. If you need less RAM or want to move a world to a different setup, contact support so we can avoid data loss.

Cancellation and retention

You can cancel anytime and keep playing through the time already paid for. After cancellation, server data is kept for 30 days in case you come back.

If you want to stop paying for the machine but keep a server ready to wake later, review Vault and parking before canceling.

Refunds

Your first purchase includes a 72-hour, no-questions-asked refund window. Annual plans are refundable on a prorated basis within 14 days.

Payment failures

If payment fails, the server may be suspended until billing is fixed. Update the payment method from Manage billing, then contact support if the server does not recover after the payment is current.
