Re-Console server hosting

The classic console-edition Minecraft feel, faithfully recreated on modern Minecraft.

Tested on our hardware

Start a Re-Console server See plans

Re-Console recreates the feel of the old console editions of Minecraft: the tutorial world energy, the interface, the soundtrack moments, the era when the whole group crowded around one couch. It is nostalgia done as a careful pack rather than a skin.

It runs light, which makes it a great pick for a casual group server: small plans handle it, nobody needs pack literacy, and the console-era framing gives everyone the same starting point.

Why host Re-Console here

  • The console-edition feel, faithfully rebuilt, without hunting down individual mods.
  • Light on resources: one of the easiest packs to run well on a small plan.
  • Managed like everything we sell: tested before sale, backed up off-site, one dashboard.

How to start a Re-Console server

  1. Pick a plan

Plans are just RAM. The recommendation on this page is the size we suggest for this pack.

  2. Pick Re-Console in the create flow

The pack is preinstalled and configured by us; there is nothing to upload.

  3. We build the server

Provisioning runs in minutes and your dashboard shows every step live.

  4. Share the address and play

Friends join with the server address from your dashboard; the console, files, and backups live there too.

Frequently asked questions

How much RAM does Re-Console need?
Re-Console runs on 6 GB and up. That is a tested number from running the pack on our own hardware, not a guess. For a typical friend group we recommend the Craft plan: 6 GB, sized for 3-10 players.
Does Re-Console change how survival Minecraft plays?
The gameplay stays survival Minecraft. Re-Console changes the presentation: interface, sound, and world touches that recreate the console-edition era.
Can we switch to a different pack later?
Yes. Your dashboard can switch the server to another pack or server type. Take a backup first and the old world stays restorable.
Are backups included?
Yes. Off-site cloud backups are included on every plan, on a configurable hourly to weekly cadence, and your backup space matches your server space.
