Cobblemon drops Pokemon into survival Minecraft: creatures spawn in the wild, you catch them, train them, and battle alongside your friends while the normal survival loop keeps running underneath. It is the pack we see groups stay in the longest, because there is always one more creature to find.

Cobblemon runs on 6 GB and up. That is a tested number from running the pack on our own hardware, not a guess. For a typical friend group we recommend the Craft plan: 6 GB, sized for 3-10 players.
Do my friends need mods to join a Cobblemon server?
Yes, Cobblemon is a modded pack, so each player installs the matching client pack once. It is a one-time setup and we link the right version from your dashboard.
Can we play Cobblemon with normal survival progression?
Yes. Cobblemon layers creatures on top of survival Minecraft rather than replacing it, so mining, building, and exploration all continue to work.
Can we switch to a different pack later?
Yes. Your dashboard can switch the server to another pack or server type. Take a backup first and the old world stays restorable.
Are backups included?
